Kraft paper mill invests in wear-resistant lining systems

Kingfisher's well-established client introduced it's first of a kind, Kraft Paper Mill in Saudi Arabia and handles 200,000 million tonnes of virgin pulp a year with a production capacity paper in the range of 90-200 gsm. As the High-Density cleaning cones are handling raw virgin pulp, internal surfaces of the cyclones were subject to severe wear and abrasion, resulting in particular areas to perforate. Kingfisher was approached by this manufacturer back in 2014 and have been working with them ever since. Our wear resistant HD cleaning cones perform to full capacity providing over 24 months ROI, in comparison to just 6 months of equipment longevity achieved on normal stainless steel cyclones.
