Total control is the key
During installation activities on customer premises, the need to embrace any company’s culture is paramount - there can be no room for complacency in work content planning. A detailed understanding of the remit and surrounding environment together with its associated hazards and risks is essential. Bespoke site surveys and close customer liaison allows us to assess the risks and plan the execution with minimum impact on plant and other operations.
Having suitably qualified staff, we are able to limit the potential of downtime and the risks associated with undertaking either mechanical or structural operations. Providing surface preparation and coating and on-site installation of various lining systems to combat both abrasion and erosion, we are unique in being able to offer a complete service utilising our own experienced staff from planning through to commissioning.
With personnel qualified in CDM, NEBOSH, IOSH, Quality & Environmental control and manual disciplines such as lifting and operation of plant and equipment (in compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations), we maintain total control throughout the contract life cycle. Whether it is the installation of plant or the erection of processing equipment and structures, we adopt the same approach towards risks and employ measured contingencies that become apparent once the contract starts to ensure the key milestone objectives defined at the outset are achieved.
