The manufacture of gypsum board and powder encompasses a whole host of industrial activities and each brings its own set of challenges. Challenges, that start in the mine and end once the finished product is bagged and palletised for despatch. During this process the material is handled, conveyed and stored in a either a raw, semi or finished state and each condition has to be managed to ensure the process operates as efficiently as possible. Having had many years experience in undertaking activities aimed at improving the flow characteristics of equipment used to store or convey gypsum, we have built on that success and offer a range of materials used to extend the service life of plant and equipment. As with most types of material handling, gypsum when handled in large quantities and at velocity causes problem resulting in plant degradation and contamination of the atmosphere. In order to prevent these occurrences, we offer a range of ceramic, metallic and polymer lining systems that can be specified in type, thickness and grade ensuring the possibility of plant stoppages is eliminated.
